Custom Orders

Thank you for your order!

Once your request has been submitted and is in review with the maker, we'll reach out to confirm details. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to add your order to the schedule. Expect to have your products in 10-12 weeks. 

Wait times may vary throughout the year, especially closer to Christmas.​

Custom orders typically close around September, to be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

 

Custom orders can be shipped to your door, or pick up arrangements can be made. Pickup location is at our sister business, Rocking MB Salon at 1004 N. Main Street Winnsboro TX.

 

If you wish to cancel your order before it's complete, only 50% of the purchased price will be refunded.

 **Rocking MB Leather is not responsible for the cost of the order if the wrong size/option is selected, or if customer misspells name/initials/etc. No refunds on custom orders.**

When using a reference photo, the product will be made SIMILAR, not the exact same. As the artist, I'll pull key details from the reference photo and add my own creative spin to make it original. No two items are made the same. Duplicates of my work or other makers will not be available.
