Please use this chart as a sizing reference when purchasing a belt. If you have a belt that currently fits you, measure from the turn back of the belt to the hole that fits you. (Probably the hole that looks most worn.) You'll want that measurement to be the center hole so you'll have 2 holes tighter and 2 holes looser to adjust.
